做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
